Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We hand-pack and prepare each order with care to ensure everything arrives safely and beautifully.

During high-volume times (like product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll be able to choose from available shipping options and see estimated delivery times.

Estimated delivery after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected and available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

If you don't receive tracking within a few days after ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

4. Local Pickups & Pop-Ups

We are based in Indio, California, and occasionally offer local pickup options or sell at local pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on where we’ll be next!

5. Shipping Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bloom Solara is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@bsolara.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist you.
